lower wheight also means less weight in water, and so more leads for
the belt? I think that therefore composite tanks are not useful for
'normal' divers. This said I don't know a lot about people getting into the
water with n tanks, m lights, p cameras and so not needing weight belts at all.
Fpr them it could be interesting.
