Are the composites that Luxfer the same type as the ones used in Stone's 
Wakulla project. I understood that they had a 5 year lifetime in that you 
could not hydro the tanks. My perception was that the steel lined kevlar 
wrapped tanks were that way. If you think about it we haven't seen much 
change in tank technology since the early 72s.
