Isnt it obvious?  A line of eels, plowed on margaritas, kicking their little
bodies left and right to the music of a latin band would really screw the viz!!!
 I mean silt-out city, and then they come around and dance right over you -
knocking a poor diver's gear higglety-pigglety, disorienting him and, most
likely, causing him to lose his reel!  This is a recipe for disaster!  Alert
NOAA and the Coasties!  Sic George on-em!
