Light attention with depth in a body of water can be most simply
modeled using a simple exponential equation:

                                 -kz
			I = Io  e  


	I  = irradience at depth z
	Io = irradience at depth = 0
	k  = extintion coefficent (in inverse length units)
	z  = depth of light measurement.
