I spent some time with Rob at the Tek meetings, and my impression was that
this is still the case.  Carmellan and Prism are working together on the
semi-closed unit (which I saw, and which looked good).  I knew Oceanic was
involved with Carmellan on the fully-closed system, but it wasn't clear to
me whether they were involved with the "Prism" unit.  I was told that both
units should be available this year (if they're not available already).
