Thanks for outlining the "credentials" of Mee. (my apologies to Mee).
However, agencies have been and will be around forever. Whether it's IANTD,
TDI, ANDI, PADI, NAUI etc, I, like most everyone, will disagree at standards
and procedures. There is no one singular best agency(at least not that I know
of).  As a shop owner and instructor, I need to be affiliated with an agency
for business, legal and insurance reasons (although I don't particularly like
it). And while I agree that all agencys have problems, actual instruction and
procedures boil down to the individual instructor teaching the programs and
how well they do it. To complain about an agency gets us nowhere, and does
not neccessarily mean that that is what instructors teach, which is what the
purpose of my posting was really about.
