The maker who showed them to me is Peter Andraschko. The last info I had
for Peter was :Technisches Buro Andraschko, Friedenstrabe 18, 78269
Volkertshausen, Postfach 67, Germany, phone 07774-1295, fax 07774-6122.
Another feature of Peter's lights that I really like is that the
barrel-shaped light head is also the on/off switch. You just reach up to
where the head is mounted and roll a ring that goes around the light head
assembly. The light head itself is very small -- about the size and shape
of a baby-food jar, making it good for helmet or back-of-hand mounting.
Again, all the solid parts are steel, making it tough enough to go sump
diving with the Germans.

Another potential source for Euro-design stuff (including maybe the
lights)is Thomas Kleeman, who may know other manufacturers with a similar
design. Thomas' biz is Unterwasser Kleeman, Scholdererweg 31, 60599
Frankfurt, Germany, fax 49-069-968-704-33, phone 49-069-968-7040. Thomas
is a wholesaler who imports stuff from the US and other places, as well
as working with his local manufacturers, and might
refer you to one of his retailers for the lights.

I get no cut -- just friends! Please say "hey" for me if
you make contact.

It's not the pace of life that concerns me --
it's the sudden stop at the end.
