I've also had problems with the transmit distance from the TU to WU. I now attach the TU to a port on the left and bring it over my left shoulder close to the wings inflate. My WU is on my left wrist. So far this has seemed OK. I just hope my arms don't stretch any further carrying all the heavy kit!! :-). The PC interface seems to be very choosy to when it does and doesn't want to work. My husband (you all know he uses the Nemesis II by the 13!! mail messages he sent - although he is blaming the mail system) is now onto his 2nd set TU and WU units. For a failed pressure sensor - Mind you Cochran must be very clever to be able to pump air into the cylinders while diving - the pressure at the end of the dive read 100 bar higher than at the start. And also with the first set of TU dispatched to the UK there was a problem in that the % for the 2nd mix dropped by about 5% when removing the dial-a-mix probe. This is now solved. I'd like to be able to program the time to show OTU and other parameters to be longer than 3 secs. Especially when first getting used to the unit display. I'd also like to be able to dump the data out into a database I've already written to store all my dive data. So far it looks like I'll be using the DAN download and reformatting. To answer Didi's questions for the Nitrox II Where are the representives in europe ? Mine was purchased thru Runnymede dive from the UK distributors UWI Circle. Are this toys available in metric versions ? Yes, all apart from breathing parameters which is still imperial. UWI cricle reset all units to be metric on dispatch from the UK. Has any computer the capability to switch the "MIX" under water ? Yes. Will cope with switching too and from two mixes. Assumes that wehn you stop breathing from the cylinder that has the TU attached to it you have switched to the 2 mix. You can then switch back to the first mix if necessary. Is a Trimix version around ? No Whats about computer-interfaces & software available ? Uses a dial-a-mix to set mixes when a PC is not available. I personally think that without the PC interface you lose a LOT of other features. You also do not know what the parameters have been set to or can change them eg from metric to imperial measurements if necessary, or alter the factory setting of the ascent rate warning for 0m/minute Sue
