I used to use a Shadow but did not like it's position when diving I felt it
interfered with the BC inflate and easily freeflowed.

I now use a two first stages and a single second stage on each - as I've
put a double outlet valve on each cylinder, mainly so I do not have to
reconfigure all my kit when changing from twins to single cylinders - but
also to protect against a failure in the first stage.  I currently dive
with a Sherwood Maximus as the main reg and an Oceanic Omega as the 'safe'
second/ocotopus reg, but am in the process of changing over to two posiedin
Triton's.  I have the regs but am just waiting for the long hose for one of
them to be delivered as the 'new' Triton's only came out in the UK last
week.  - no I'm not going to start another discussion as to which reg I'm
attaching the long hose to :-).   The oceanic is now going to be
transferred to be used on the pony/stage when in use.
