I certainly use a BC (Zeagle wings) with my dry suit which has an inflation
hose as do all the other dry suit users in our club.  The only time I use
air in the BC is on the surface for extra buoyancy.  Throughout the dive
itself I only use air (well argon - OK so I feel the cold easily) in my
drysuit.
