I use an AirMic, which I keep on for two reasons.
1) It's a pain to change out, due to that fact that I have to
change the hose and inflator connector.
2) I often use a rich EAN mix in my pony (40-50%), for use on 
stops, so I wouldn't want to give that reg to someone at depth.
