When people go out and kill themselves it effects all of us in more ways than one. First, it gives our industry a poor reputation thus inviting regulation from the government. Second, while an individual might not care if he kills himself on a rebreather, his relatives might not like the idea and sue the manufacturer, thus driving up the cost of rebreathers for the rest of us.
