No one should be teaching rebreathers without lots of water time. Theory is fine but not enough. However, as to your comment on screening out students. The Meyers-Briggs test not designed to do that at all. The airlines use it to correct potentially dangerous attitude, not exclude people. The rebreather industry can use it in much the same way (and given the number and nature of private e-mails I think others agree).
