Well, this is a refreshing perspective that sheds some light on why IANTD prefers to teach deep air instead of deep nitrox. I find this reasoning much more compelling than the the 'you might not be able to find a nitrox fill' argument. As you note, the tradeoff is then only between the increased O2 risk and the decreased deco. Once again, techdiver proves it's worth :). Thanks, Scott.
