while i cannot disagree with any of the SUBSTANCE of your message (the part
i didn't quote!)<g>, i take issue with the feeling that killing of this
kind is "well intentioned"

killing is just killing...and shark killing is, far more often than not, an
irrational reaction to a kind of ativistic fear...not a noble, well though
out, or "well intentioned" course of action

tends to remind me of the types who think society should castrate rapists



if the sharks were breaking into houses to eat people then defense would
certainly be in order...but at least in MY neighbourhood this is not yet
the case!
