Not too bad so far.  I've got a couple of great scars from commercial
diving (being stupid actually, during commercial diving).  I have a
couple of tiny (2mm) spots on my long bone xrays, but no symptoms yet.
Oh, and my back plays up when I carry diving gear around.  I've suffered
much more from riding a bicycle.
