If you're still with me, I'm writing to request info on favorite snorkeling
beaches in Cozumel for those of use who fear "real" diving.


there is interesting shoreline all along the areas where the hotels are, but 
I think the best snorkeling
will be at Chankanaab park.............easy access from shore, lots of 
fishies, coral, sponges, and other
marine life......all in very shallow water.................10-20 feet.  I 
think you'll enjoy it....

Stay away from the beaches on the eastern shore..........very strong 
undertow and swimming or
snorkeling from the shore is not recommended.
