This questions does not pertain directly to technical diving but I know many hyperbaric researchers read the list and it is to them that it is addressed. I am currently doing my Ph.D. at the school of Pharmacy in London and am trying to set up some pressure studies on an enzyme reaction. In order to measure the reaction product I need to be able to place an electrochemical probe into the reaction vessel/pressure chamber and have this linked to an outside monitoring computer. The chamber need only be 1 or 2 l in volume and be able to withstand 20-30 bar pressure. I currently have an old French press that can be used for pressure reactions but I do not have any way of linking in the electrode. If any researchers out there have any experience in this field or have a current system up and running to perform this sort of experiment I would be interested in hearing from you.
