Yes, people can submit by mail. 

Please send slides no later than May 22 to 

        CDS Photo Contest
        PO Box 950
        Branford, FL 32008
                attention: Wayne Marshall. 

Please include a SASE if you want the slides returned after the
Workshop (although we encourage you to send a duplicate slides). 

There is a limit to the CDS's liability for slides that the mail 
service either looses or screws up.

Any individual may submit up to but no more than 5 slides.
