I believe sales numbers are over 4000, so that would be less than 0.5%?
By contrast, what is the death rate on the Halcyon rebreather?

Is OC safer than CCRs at 500 fsw?  Also, let's consider just technical
diving, not overall scuba.  What is the death rate for OC tech diving?
