Wan't he referring to the Edmonds Table for IWR using O2?  This assumes
at least some prior exposure, and I think (off the top of my head) is
an exposure of up to 90 minutes at 9 metres.  (I could be wrong on this
one too) followed by a very slow ascent (12minutes/metre?).
