Hey Zero,
I will definately have the three piece male valve plugs without the
flow restrictor for use as "gas savers". I will put you on file and update
when they are available which should be the end of next week according to my
manufacturer.

Best Regards

Paul,

I think Todd, & I know I am looking for solid male din plugs with Orings. To
put in my tank valves incase the tank get turned on accidently in in
transit,
you do not lose your gas. This would result in the re being pressure on the
plug, you would then need to use a wrench to remove it. I understand from
your post the plugs would NOT be solid, but have a small meetering orifice
in
them. Will you be getting/making, solid plugs??

ZERO

<< Todd,
I have a production run in progress at the moment of some very nice
protectors which should easily meet your requirements.
They are male and female 300 bar DIN valve/reg protectors machined from
 solid brass and quality chromed.
All units are fully o-ring sealed...
The male tank valve plugs are three pieces (identical to a regulator first
stage connection) and have a built in flow restrictor of .4mm and an
opening
wide enough for use with an O2 anylizer, such as the Oxycheq Expedition
 model.

These are an original concept AFAIK and are typical of the quality of
product I am developing and will be supplying through my Technical facility
 Inner Realm. http://www.innerrealm.co.nz

(stainless was unsuitable as a material due to the electrolysis action of
dissimilar metals and the ensuing corrosion which could potentially freeze
up and strip the threads from the brass valves when forced open)

All enquiries are welcome and I should have taken delivery of my order
within two weeks and images there will be up on the site a.s.a.p. under the
 updates and product sections.
