Since the Florida State Lottery is giving away 85 million dollars this weekend, I don't think they will miss a couple of the mini pencils used to fill out the numbers. I grab a couple pencils from the lottery stand at the supermarket and gas station. They slide right in the binding of the wetnotes. Grind a very blunt tip.
