You are so full of crap. DIR is the most successful thing going. People like
you just don't want to hear about it. Tom Mount has fought it tooth and nail
since I have known him.

By the way, moron, the Diepolder guy you are talking about was diving
improperly marked bottles - Tom Mount still fights the correct way of doing
this.

What the hell have you contributed to any of this ?

By the way, you have no idea who or what I am and have no business judging
anything I do or commenting on my diving. You have no idea whether I can
even dive or not. In fact, you have no business here. Take your bullshit to

I remember one incident at Diepolder where a guy died.
 An Australian, I believe.  It wasn't an IANTD dive,
it had nothing to do with IANTD, but everybody latched
onto Mount like vultures screaming that HE was
responsible for this man's death.  He pointed out the
man wasn't an IANTD diver, but of course it didn't do
him any good.

Tom Mount hasn't posted here in several years, in fact
I dont' think he ever posted here except when people
cc'd him accusing him of all sorts of vile things and
he'd have to come here to defend himself - he doesn't
post on any public forums.

George Irvine is a great diver, but a lousy ambassdor
for DIR.  As his friend, you do him no favors by being
one of his apologists.  Yes, he's never going to
change, this has been going on since 1995 (all the way
back into the archives that I can get) and we'll never
know how many potential DIRists he's driven away.
Whether it's because they're ''too sensitive to be
real men'' or just guys tired of chest-beating doesn't
matter.
