Do you understand, comprehend, English?

I have NEVER known George to go back on his word on anything.

Your response is irrational, to say the least. Some would call it
considerably worse than that. I mean, did you suggest to these four,
presumably dissatisfied, purchasers that they can get their money back
just like that?
