But a good diet was as important as the training; no fat, except for some oil necessary for the hormons. Do you have special diet ? prefernces in kind of food ? Your aerobic training , f.e. running , is that just running for x time or kilometres, or do you use more effective methodes like interval training with a heartbeat watch?
