Joe, I think you guys need to lay down the law on who dives and how they do
it when it is your show. This business of running a trip with non team
players is going to result in a high percentage of bullshit happening. By
the book, or not at all. We really need to distinguish ourselves in the
regard, and let the assholes and idiots dive off of the usual boats with the
rest of the usual suspects.

All you have to do is look at how I run the WKPP and the dives that I do on
to see how you avoid these problems.

If you guys, and JT and Jason Weisacosky and anyone else in a leadership
position in diving would take my attitude about it, we would see a clear
difference. I think you are all seeing that I am right about this.

The Salvation Army and the United Way handle the charity cases, we don't
need to.

This guy has removed himself from diving, at least until he is medically
cleared of any conditions that are a contraindication to it. Were he
attempting to dive (insane at this point) I agree there is an obligation to
inform any and everyone who could be affected by it and attempt to prevent
it for his own good and that of others.
