Well Fraser, You may like your east end of Grand Cayman and I
did appreciate the invitation to dive with you, but...I had
signed up with Divetech/Cobalt Coast long before your invitation,
the prevailing winds all week (Jan. 19 - 26, 02) were out of
the east (your end), and say what you want, there is no way
any part of Grand Cayman (and you're right, I haven't seen
every square inch) can compare with Little Cayman's spectacular
wall. Furthermore, if shore diving were so great on your end,
don't you suppose the dive resorts would be rearranged a little
differently? A couple of divers from my group did make the
one-hour drive to your shop and did a shark dive with you, which
they enjoyed; but for me, you weren't on my agenda. And if
you think there are only one or two Doing-It-Rightists with
an attitude, you have a world to conquer. Thanks again, and
good luck with your future diving.
