I was assuming that everyone knew to put an OPV in the first stage when doing this. I ran these on my rebreather supply bottles for a while so was worried about the reg on the bottle freflowing while the bottle was turned on and plugged into the rebreather. If the IP gets to high the second stage freeflows. If the second stage is shut off the IP could get higher than the burst pressure of the second stage hose. That would not be good! On a stage bottle, you can control the flow directly from the valve. Everytime you breathe, turn it on then off. It's that simple.
