If you're doing all that, then you shouldn't have any problems diving. 
You should be cautious about deco though.  The swelling in the joint
will tend on ongas quickly and off gas slowly.  But the dive you're
talking about should be no biggy.  Just make sure you have enough O2 so
that if the knee starts to cause problems after you get out, you can hop
back in for a while.
