Etienne, Making a high pressure compressor is not a do-it-yourself project. Best bet if you need to save money is find a used one. Generally they can be had for 40-60 % of the original price, depending on conditions maybe much less. I just completed the rebuild of my second compressor so I have a smaller one for sale if you are interested, however it's max pressure is 3500 psi. If you want something to pump to 4350 PSI you had better look to a 4 stage unit or it will have a very short life due to heat buildup caused by an excessive compression ratio between stages.
