Todd,

Thanks for the time you are spending to get this
going.  As we discussed, I'll be happy to lend a hand
in this endevaour.  As an alternative to a formal
meeitng place (shop, resturant or whatever) some
thought might be given to having the meetings, at
least in the begining when #s are small, in folks
homes, in the back yard, on a deck or whatever.
