DIR is still a small organization. I think it's hypocritical and
unfair to accuse it of not being bigger than it is. Would you like
it to grow so fast that it turns into the same shit as all the other
organizations out there? Andrew g. is travelling all over the place
to teach, trying to fill a void. Lot's of people want DIR
instruction, but you instructors don't grow on trees. They have to
be trained, and I for one *want* GUE to FAIL them, if they are not
100% up to par (which I hear is just what they do). You'll just have
to wait a little and let the organization grow at it's own pace.

If it really bothers you, put your money where your mouth is. Go
through the training, work hard, and become an instructor. I'm sure
they can use one more, especially in the philippines.

Cheers!
