Well, I don't know where you learned this from, but most of the 
techies these days are recommending Apeks TX50 seconds, and DS4 
firsts.  I use these for both primary and backup, and am pretty 
heappy with them.  Reliable, easy to fix and service, no swivel.  For 
stages I use G250/mark 20's, but if I had to do it over I'd go with 
something similar to the backgas regs.  Only problem is that you want 
a swivel on the stages, and I don't know the model number for the 
equivalent to the DS4 that has a swivel.
