That's funny, my e-mail to him bounced...

Yeah, the changes are happening because they are about
to get their asses sued off for Unfair Trade
Practices. This is nothing more than *forced* last
minute damage control. They are looking down the
business end of a *nasty* and expensive series of
lawsuits. If I had $5,000 to get the ball rolling, I
have them by the ass for Copyright Infringement.

$400 to replace a few o-rings and a $40 plastic
case???

Dont let these hyena's fool you. This isnt done out of
the goodness of their "heart" or because they all of a
sudden grew morals, it is because their tactics and
lying have got their ass in a sling with customers,
feds, and the Attorney General of at least one state,
maybe more.

Additionally, they hooked up with Randy Barcomb of
OMS, who set them up with all kinds of inside info on
contractors and sources that OMS uses. If they arent
already, they will be having the same folks who make
OMS plates making the designs they stole from me.

Poor Gene at Hydrospace is really taking a hit for his
involvment with these clowns. Funny how they didnt
bother to mention Hydrospace in any of their
promotional BS until they want to hide behind him or
drag him into their nightmare. Gene has done no wrong
here, like me his only mistake was getting involved
with and trusting these two.

In the interest of fairness (they dont deserve it, but
let's give it a chance):

Has anyone who bought one of these things have
anything good to say about it?

I have heard nothing *but* nightmare stories from
everyone who has had anything to do with Abysmal,
including myself. Dealers, reps, other folks who got
duped by them have all sent me letters and phone
calls.

BTW, Silverstein got suspended from the BOD at NAUI,
and is now circulating his recomendations for the
upcoming election. When asked "why" the reply is
"Details arent important." He is trying to get his
wife in on the NAUI BOD.

These two and others like them need to be ejected, in
the most forceful manner legally possible, from the
SCUBA business. Enough people get the truth about
Abysmal and their abuses, they wont be able to give
the gear and ideas they have stolen from others away.
