Because the Explorer Dive Computer is a unique, hand made device not intended for the general recreational "no-stop" dive population, the following special policies shall be in effect for this product as resold by Abysmal Diving Inc as manufactured by Hydrospace Engineering Inc. 1. Explorer Dive Computer warranties are extended to cover any period when the Explorer Dive Computer is returned to Abysmal Diving Inc or Hydrospace Engineering Inc for required firmware upgrades as designated by Hydrospace Engineering Inc. The time spent in the warranty/upgrade cycle will not be deducted from an end user's 1 year warranty period. 2. 0-31 Days. Should a retail end user of an Explorer Dive Computer decide they are not satisfied with their Explorer Dive Computer for any reason, they are welcome to return the computer for a full refund within 30 days of their direct retail purchase from Abysmal Diving Inc, so long as the Explorer Dive Computer is returned in new resellable condition, and they have obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization number from Abysmal Diving Inc prior to shipping to Abysmal Diving Inc. Explorer Dive Computers that are returned in a used or abused condition that requires the housing to be replaced will be subject to a $400.00 service charge for replacement. This amount will be deducted from the refunded amount. 3. 32-90 days. Should a retail end user of an Explorer Dive Computer decide they are unsatisfied with their Explorer Dive Computer for any reason, they are welcome to return the computer for a full company credit within 90 days of direct retail purchase from Abysmal Diving Inc, so long as the Explorer Dive Computer is returned in new or like new condition, and they have obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization number from Abysmal Diving Inc prior to shipping to Abysmal Diving Inc.
