The London times said, "A new US Government report, dated the day before the
attacks, says Mr Bin Laden's organisation has a network of 3,000 Islamic
militants in cells in 34 countries and has become "a global threat to US
citizens". "

You can bet that hundreds of these guys are here in the U.S.  No there are
no easy answers, but peace between Israel and the Palestinians would go a
long way toward reducing these guys ability to recruit.
