About all this clammer about not wanting to pay for courses.
Isn't college the same way.  When I went to college I had to take basic english,
biology, chemistry and psychology.  Now I had straight A's in High school
english but I still had to take the college course (yes I got and A) but the
point being life is full of things you pay for which you'll never need or is
already a duplicate of what you already know.  OH WELL. tuff noogies.
One way around this (at least in some colleges) is to "test out of a certain
class"  Take a test see how much you really know and if you pass by an
acceptable measure go on to the next level.  Why not pressure the agencies to
do the same if
you are that upset about their pricing policies. I'm sure they'll start
charging for the test but that's a battle that hasn't been started yet.
