I think it was John Heinmann who recently wonder out loud if IANTD had been
swayed by the profit-badge-certification card mania that seems to motivate
much of the PADI marketing. This *must* be proof! How is it possible to
*properly* (and with full, free conscience) teach nitrox use and withhold
enough information to restrict use to two fixed mixes (ie: NI or NII) and
then to justify not one more, but TWO more courses?
