Scott, The full rig I used consisted of Halcyon SS backplate, Halcyon 65lb wing, 2 regs (Zeagle DS4 & Atomic) with no canister light (got that last one wrong in the original posting). So the hardware should weigh about 9 lbs on land. I guess the displacement of the big wing (since replaced with a 55) and maybe the air inside the regs must explain the difference. The wing was empty. My measuring technique of throwing lead weights into a bag was certainly not very accurate - I posted this to show that just because the published specs say that 104s are close to zero buoyancy when empty, don't expect a set of duals to be any where near zero.
