Not the Explorer, but I did that with the Pioneer 45lb wing after hearing rumors that it has less than the rated lift, and guess what - it lifted 44lbs in fresh water, so 45lbs in salt water would be about spot on. What I did find though, was that if the argon bottle or tank weights are mounted too close to the bladder they prevent it inflating fully, and then the lift can be decreased quite a bit (I think mine was 6 to 8 lbs down when I first tried it fully rigged like that).
