Susan, That was "adding" 15-20 mins (in addition to). In particular stationary
recumbent at 100 rpm's moderate setting added to my cardio routine. All
exercise is good but this one in particular works nicely in preparation to
diving offshore from a beach for example. Of course technique plays an
important roll as well.
