Look at the definitions you posted below, see the v. after Advise, 
and the n. after Advice?  Apparently you don't know much about 
grammar, or how to use a dictionary.  The n. means it's a noun, and 
the v. means it's a verb.  Your sentence,

Thanks for the advise.

uses a verb in the place of a noun.  Let me give you a little hint 
about grammar, if it's preceded by the preposition "the" then it's 
probably going to be a noun, not a verb.

You are wasting everyone's time with all this nonsense, but now that 
we have established the level of your knowledge in several fields, 
why not take a back seat, lick your wounds, and let the signal to 
noise ratio come back to something a little higher.
