Black, this is exactly the sort of nonsense that completely destroys any
fantasy of credibility that you may have.  The onus is on the faster diver(s)
to keep pace with the slowest, in order to keep the 
buddy team together.  What if your buddy has a problem and drops back?  You
leave him behind?

You're some piece of work.
