Thom, Just tell your TDI instructor you aren't going to do air deeper than 130 feet on a no stop profile or deeper than 100 feet on a required stop profile. It worked like a charm for me. I have set limits for my self to no greater than 30' and usualy only solo in area's that are set up for classes like a local lake near me or a quarry. I definately see the dangers in solo diving but I had heard that TDI offers a class on solo diving. Is this true? I am takeing advice and working toward trimix but I see on the list of classes for that progression is deep air. I have heard that debate on hear before to and understand the mechanics of using trimix and definately see the benifits. Where is a good place to go from nitrox to doing timix and deco if deep air is not in my plans. and again the other question just for my own curiosity does tdi and others actually teach a solo class. thom NetZero Platinum No Banner Ads and Unlimited Access Sign Up Today - Only $9.95 per month! http://www.netzero.net -- Send mail for the `techdiver' mailing list to `techdiver@aquanaut.com'.
