It is clear where the genesis of progress in this sport lies, and there is nobody who can deny it. Anyone who has ever seen our operation is awed immediately, and it got there by my insistence on DIR and no other way. I am not going to sit around patting people on the back for doing some piece or part of DIR correctly while they are blowing it totally in the big picture, and the shortcut to that is zero tolerance of bullshit. My record speaks for itself, and the longer the idiots keep trying to screw with me, the longer they look like idiots. The absolute fact is that most are embarrassed into changing but do not want to openly admit it. The rest we eventually read about or they quit.
