About 18 months ago I ordered a CF 200 Signature Series. They called me a
couple weeks or so later and said they had the suit completed but had made
an error and made the suit all black. (Originally I had ordered it with the
red insert material across the zipper).
They tried to knock off $100.00 for the screw up and I suggested that they
send the 400 G Thinsulate(I had ordered only the drysuit without the
undergarments) instead of the discount. The lady put me on hold for a few
minutes and came back and said they could do that.
According to their sizing chart I was going to need the largest size
undergarment they had. If I remember right the 400G only came in size X
large. While I still had the lady on the line it occured to me that they
had finished my suit well ahead of schedule. I suddenly get the feeling
that maybe they were actually behind schedule on making my suit (as in had
not even started) and were trying to pawn off a return or an off the rack
suit on me.
I quized the lady to make certain this was not the case. She claimed they
had indeed made my suit to the custom measurments so we ended the phone
conversation.

A few days later the suit and garments show up. I slip on the garments and
feel pretty disappointed right away. Like someone said in another post,
they were way too huge in the middle. I could have zipped the suit up with
a set of 104's inside and still had room for a spare-air. The shoulder and
biceps areas were way too tight to even consider screwing with this pos.
They must have pulled this garment off the BOBO rack as they were giving it
away free for the mess up in suit color. All I needed was a pair of size 18
shoes, a miniture car, and I would have been set for the greatest show on
earth.

Next I try on the CF and IMO it's not made as "custom" as I would have
imagined. Too much room in the leg area around the thighs and the middle of
the torso but not as disastrous as the undergarments.
I ended up keeping the suit (it's not so bad) and sending the undergarments
back and settling for the 300 polarfleece or whatever they are called.

I sorta get the idea that the difference between the off the rack and the
custom is that little patch that says "Signature Series".
