They say they have 2 modes, "custom" and "semi-custom". Semi is where they
take a suit off the rack and nip and tuck here and there to fit. Custom or
"signature" is where the suit is made to order. i.e. they take the template
and modify it before making the suit. I suppose someone did not take a very
close look at my measurements and tossed my order in the "XXL" pile and
figured that they would make a bit more profit than usual due to my
signature extra fee.

In this case DUI did not loose a penny on the sale. They sold the drysuit
that did not fit to the diveshop at their cost and the diveshop then sold
the suit at a discount. They refused to take a loss on the undies, again
selling me the undies at my cost. After all is said and done everybody made
out except for me, in lost dives and fear doubt and confusion.
