Doc's pro plugs allow you to equlize.  I dont' like them, but some 
people swear by them.

I think the mask is made by oceanic.  I don't know how you're going 
to get a seal around the ears with all that hair there.

I suggest you use Star Otic after the dive.  Another method is to use 
medical grade olive oil in your ear before the dive.

I use Star Otic and haven't had a problem since.
