For those who were interested. I'm not driving out to dive Marmes Rock this week. It's legal to dive. I think the "cave" is in 40 feet of water. It'd be a pain in the ass to kayak my gear to the "pond" (which isn't a pond... but just a section of the river). I've heard from a few people that the vis would be 0". I called the nearest dive shop (Undersea Adventures in Kennewick) and they confirmed that there would be little or no vis. Given this level of pointlessness I'll wait until later this year.
